Simplify Recruitments

A lot of fellows nowadays have a B.A, M.D, B.Tech, Ph.D etc. Unfortunately, they don't have a job.... This is where our work starts...!!!
Welcome to Simplify Recruitments.

Simplify recruitments is about Smart Recruitments. The industry has been a phoenix rising again from the blows of recession. There are demands everywhere, not what it used to be, but still.... The call of the hour is Smart Work!
Clients and consultants have expectations, but then every one has.
Client needs the BEST MAN to do the job. Consultant needs the BEST CLIENT and the BEST SALARY. We need the BEST CLIENT and the BEST MAN. SO our expectations are more..:)

Let us build a global network where everyone helps everyone. Let us all look through the eyes of a consultant and the eyes of an employer. This helps reduce desperation and reduce stress.

Develop relationships with potential candidates long before you need them. These ideas help in recruiting a large pool of candidates when you have a current position available.

It is not about how many people you talk to but how many people who can actually do the job you are connected to.

One of the (many) things I do harp on about to new prospective consultant is: be specific and very clear about what a good consultant looks like and then go out and with the precision aim of an assassin….find them, bring them on board and LOOK after them.

Don't let potential employees submit their resumes and never hear from you again either. You'd lose all the momentum you just spent time developing with the favored few.

Just as we recommended earlier with employee networks and professional contacts, continue and nurture the relationship.

People look for little things - that are really big things - such as noticing whether you return phone calls promptly. They observe when all interviewers repeat the same questions. They are aware that you responded to acknowledge receipt of their resume.

Consultants appreciate a phone call when someone else is picked for the job they wanted. (Yes, you still need to send a letter to the people you interviewed, but the more informal follow-up is appreciated.) They feel welcomed when they can communicate with you via email.

Being an employer of choice is a reputation you build in your industry that is a powerful tool in attracting top talent.

We would really appreciate more ideas if you have....
